The hotel room was clean and had a premium feel.

One of the elevators was out of service during my stay, which was really inconvenient. I also experienced very laggy WiFi, and despite my complaints, nothing was done to fix the issue. This certainly diminished my overall experience and made it frustrating.

the lobby smelt weird, defintely not the glamorous first impression i expected. our room was cleaned only once in 3 days, and they forgot to restock the coffee. i simply cannot believe i didn't get any special treatment despite my high expectations. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn't. ,

This was just an optimal selection for a flash stay in Richfield with best value. The bartender in the lounge was super friendly and made the evenings enjoyable. Try to get a room away from the fitness center to avoid noise distractions.
